Single row wheelbarrow sowing machine The garden sowing machine is designed for sowing seeds of basic types of vegetables and flowers from 2 to 18 mm in diameter. The seed drill has a solid metal disc for sowing. The original disc has 13 holes adapted to the most popular types of seeds. The disc can be drilled smaller or larger holes according to your needs. A characteristic feature of the seeder is its simple structure and easy operation. The use of a special structure of the sowing apparatus prevents damage to the seeds. Solidly made handles allow good guidance of the tool. The seeder enables row sowing (seeds are placed in the soil continuously) and heaped (seeds are placed in the soil at specific distances depending on the dividing disc used). Technical data of the seeder: length: 138.50 cm width: 53.5 cm height: 101 cm wheel diameter: 31.5 cm pressing wheel diameter: 19 cm seed box capacity: 2.5 dm3 type of drive gear: chain type of sowing apparatus : brush number of dividing discs: 1 The sowing depth is determined by the respective coulter extension. To do this, loosen the wing nut holding the coulter and put the seeder to the side, then put a bar about 80 cm long to the road and kneading wheel. Use the bar to measure and mark the desired sowing depth, and then tighten the coulter with the wing nut. Row sowing is set by raising the support in the throat, and if we want to obtain the effect of coupage sowing, the support should be lowered. The width of the inter-rows is determined with the marker by appropriate setting and fixing the marker on the extension arm in relation to the axis of symmetry of the seeder. When driving the seeder and sowing, do not pull the seeder backwards as this may cause the sowing device to become stuck with soil and it may be damaged. The seeder consists of: the sowing disc of the seed box a brush removing the seeds from the box of the adjustable coulter chain which drives the two-wheel seeder. Principle of operation: In the seed box we place the seeds removed with the brush during sowing through the opening into the funnel, from where through the throat with the coulter they fall into the groove made in the soil by the coulter, then they are covered by the harrow and kneaded with a wheel.
