    Description

    Rare Variety in Gem FBL!
    1961 Franklin Half Dollar
    Bugs Bunny FS-401
    PCGS MS65FBL
Dazzling, somewhat glossy mint frost blankets both sides, and rich amber gold and fiery rose toning covers each side, with just a dash of royal blue at the top of the reverse. A series of delicate spikes protruding from Franklin's lip and mouth define this clash variety. In interesting, rather large strike-through Mint Error noted on the left side of bell should add even more interest. though it's not on the slab. This is a very rare variety in gem FBL, in fact, it's a pop 2 with only 1 finer. An exciting opportunity for the advanced collector. This gorgeous coin would be worth a premium even if it were not a "Bugs Bunny."
